For your benefit, we reserve the right to issue a refund or replace any returned items. please feel free to reach out to a member of our team should you have any questions or concerns.
Return Policy:
We will honor a return if the item(s) have been deemed to be defective during the warranty period. In order to return the item, you must email us first and obtain an RMA number for us to process. Sending something back without first receiving a valid RMA number will exclude you from receiving credit. We do not take back PCs that have had the operating system upgrade, operating system upgrading our systems to win 8, 8.1, 10 or higher are not held liable for, upgrades are at the risk of the buyer.
