Item Description:

This is a brand new Guess Ring set of 3 rings in silver-tone metal, each one with its own dangling heart charm. Each ring has a different dangling heart charm. One ring has a silver-tone metal heart charm with the letter G engraved in script font. The second one has a puffy silver-tone metal heart with a single clear rhinestone accent in the center. The last one has a silver-tone metal heart encrusted with clear rhinestones. They are all a size 7 and come in the red and black striped heart box shown in the photos above. They are Guess style number 136404P-21. This information, along with the UPC code, price and other information, is on the tag on the bottom of the Guess box that the rings come in. They are brand new in the Guess box and nickel and lead free. eBay Condition Codes:

Note: eBay has started a new policy for sellers to have condition codes on each item that we list. There are four codes possible. The New with Tags condition code means that the item can have either or all or some of the following, tags attached, box included or original packaging. Please do not get this confused and think that every item is going have all those with the item. I always state in my listings whether an item has a box or comes in special packaging. I also state that the item has the tags, stickers, etc., attached as well.  There is New without Tags that means that the item is new but does not have the brand’s tag attached to the item. It is usually because the item came in from the company without the tag attached. Sometimes the tag will be included with the item. The descriptions will state whether or not the item has the tag included and if there is any additional information about the item. The third code is New with Defects. This would be if the item is brand new but has a flaw or defect such as a scratch or a missing stone. Combined shipping cost & information:

I am sorry for the shipping rate increases for all my customers. The US Postal Service implemented these changes in Jan. 2013 for international shipments and in Jan 2014 for US shipments. I only charge what it costs me to ship. Some items weigh more than others so I have to increase some items shipping because of this. I will refund any over payment of shipping costs back to your pay pal account.

International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.  I have no way of knowing whether or not a package will be held for custom fees or tariffs when I ship it. It is rare but it does happen. I contacted several different countries to see how they determine if a package will be held and I was told that it is completely at the discretion of the receiving post office whether or not to hold a package and they deem how ever much that they want to charge. If your package is held and you don’t want to pay these fees, please tell your post office to return to sender. Once it comes back to me, I will refund you for the item. Again, I have no control over this or the process. We don’t have these fees here in the US.

Please note: The shipping costs that you pay does not include any import or customs fees that your country may incur. I have no control over this and have no way of knowing if a country will charge these type fees or even how much they will charge. I do not know what determines if fees are due.

I do combine shipping on two or more items purchased. For combined shipping on 2 or more items, it is full shipping price for the first or largest item. For each additional item purchased, the shipping cost is $1.00 (or less) for each item purchased after the first or heaviest item. The shipping on the first or largest of the items is charged full price and then each additional item is charged $1.00 or less, shipping cost per additional item purchased. If the amount of shipping charged is more than the flat rate of shipping then that method will be used for shipping and any difference will be refunded back to the customer’s pay pal account. 

Additional handbags, wallets, sunglasses & other larger items are a bit more due to size & weight. Boxed jewelry items are a little more as the box requires a larger package and they weigh a bit more. If you want the item shipped without the box, I can reduce the shipping cost. Just let me know before you make the final payment. Most jewelry orders are shipped *USPS 1st Class Mail & *USPS 1st Class International mail because is it is the lowest possible price available. For US customers, a delivery confirmation number is available with this service. For international customers, a customs id number is available & a copy of the customs form is kept on file with your order details along the receipt from my local post office for proof of shipment. These numbers will also be in Pay Pal so you can see that your item has been accepted at my local post office & has been shipped. 

Also available for US shipments is the $6.10 USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box or Small Flat Rate Padded Envelope $5.90. For Canada, there is the USPS Padded Flat Rate Envelope for $22.75 and the Small Flat Rate Box for $23.70. All other international customers, there is the  USPS Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box $32.25 or the USPS Padded Flat Rate Envelope at $31.30. This small flat rate box measures approximately 8" x 5" x 1 1/2" in size. The flat rate box is the same price no matter how much it weighs, if it will all fit into the box then it ships for that price. The same rules apply for the padded flat rate envelope, if it fits it ships. The envelope measures 9 1/2" inches by 12 1/2" inches. I have other sizes of Flat Rate Boxes available for both US & International customers as well. I also offer US Express Mail & Global Express International Mail upon request. Quotes for shipping can be made once you decide on what you want to purchase.

Insurance Options: All Priority Mail shipped packages are automatically insured at the seller’s expense. Any International order over $250.00 will be shipped using Priority Mail International & possibly Global International. Both of which have insurance automatically on the contents.  Any difference in shipping cost will be paid by me. I also insure any package over $150.00 & I will pay for this as well.

Shipping exclusions:

I will no longer be shipping to Russia/Russian Federation due to the high volume of fraudulent claims being filed. I have been advised by the USPS to not ship there unless the item is shipped via USPS Priority Mail, International. Since I can no longer insure any package this country, I will not be able to ship any other way. So if you live in the Russian Federation please understand that I have no other choice in this matter, I can ship using USPS Priority Mail International, which costs $31.30. I will ship order using this method to the Russian Federation or any other country that is not on my current shipping register.

Notice: I do not ship to the following countries unless you are in the US Military then I will ship FREE to your APO address. Please email me so I can set the purchase options up for you. The excluded countries include: Bahrain, Cyprus, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Oman, Qatar, Russia/Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, & Yemen. 

Delivery Time Frames:  

Please keep in mind that I have no control over how long it takes an order to arrive to any given state or country. For US customers, 1st Class Mail items should arrive with 3-5 days unless you are in a rural area & then it could take an extra day or so. US Priority Mail advertises as 2-3 day delivery, but this is not guaranteed, especially during a holiday season or if you live in a rural area. There have been several occasions that orders have arrived the next day.

International orders are very difficult to give a delivery time frame due to the fact that every country varies in how international packages are processed through customs. Please keep in mind that the average delivery time for most international orders is 2-3 weeks, unless there is a postal holiday, and then it can run a little longer. The USPS does not count Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays as business or shipping days.

Please note that if your item is held for customs fees/tariffs and you do not go pick it up, it is recorded by eBay as delivered and they will not refund you for a package left in customs and not acknowledged. I will gladly accept a return of an order if you don't want to pay the tariffs on, but you have to request your post office to return to sender. I have no way of knowing which packages will be held. It is rare but it does happen. If you file a dispute with eBay or Pay Pal and the item is returned because you did not accept it due to these customs charges, eBay will not refund you. I found this out with a customer who refused to pick up her order and claimed it was lost. All she had to do was ask it be returned to sender and I would have refunded her in full when it came back to me. Postal systems in Canada, France, Germany, Brazil, the UK and Australia and a few others document all packages with customs fees and they are labeled when they return to me as to why they were returned. The United States Postal Service also documents this process from beginning to end.

The USPS will not deem an item lost until 28 business days have past. After that they will run a trace on packages reported as lost in transit. The trace can take 48-72 hours to produce results. If the package is deemed lost, I will refund your pay pal account & send you a cancellation request. Some countries are notorious for taking a long time to process a package in customs and release it for delivery. I do not like to ship to these countries for that reason. If you live in one of the countries, please do not take offense. I will still ship there but I want you to be aware that I have no control over a country's customs & how they process international orders. Malta, Cyprus, and Greece are the worst for taking a very long time to process through customs. Recently, Malta has gotten better at the delivery rate but most of my experiences with these countries have been a delivery time frame of 4-6 weeks. On some occasions, orders have arrived in 2 weeks or less. It all comes down to the number of packages to be processed is and the customs procedure is for the receiving country.

I have spoken to different posts for different countries but I have not been able to find out any set guidelines for what items will be held for customs fees or tariffs. It is solely at the receiving post office’s discretion as to whether a package will be held for customs fees/tariffs. I do not have any way of knowing which packages will be held or how much the fees will be. Every country is different and has its own guidelines. Please contact your local post for more information. There is nothing I can do to prevent these charges or any way to know when they will be applied. I sincerely appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Order Processing and Shipping Notifications: 

I ship all over the world with the exceptions listed above. I ship 6 days a week so your order will be shipping within 24 hours of payment being received with the exception of Saturdays and Sundays. My post office is open 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday and 9:30 am to 11:30 am on Saturdays. (Closed on Sundays and all Postal Holidays) I ship in the morning and afternoon so if I get your payment before 2:00 pm, your order should go out the same day. I pay for and print out the shipping labels through eBay so you can track your order from payment to delivery. Because I do ship using eBay for creating shipping labels, you will get an email with the tracking number on it when I create the label. Please be sure you have the correct address on file with eBay as the address exports from your eBay account to the shipping label. This is to ensure compliance with eBay ‘s buyer protection.  Once the email has been sent to you, please allow up to 48 hours for the number to show up on the USPS website. Sometimes the Postmaster will scan them in as I hand them in, other times when they are very busy, they will hand scan them after hours.
