This is a nice Herkimer Diamond Quartz crystal point.  Has a touch of smoky veils.   Has a rare botryoidal anthraxolite sticking partially inside and out of this piece.   Very nice rainbows when tilted at the light at the right angles, these pics dont show them well.  Formed well but has some contact spots on one end.  Its from a new private location called Paradise Falls in New York.
