Products Can you give me more info on a product? Yes, if you have any questions regarding any of our listings or require further details please get in touch via Ebay.
Are your prices negotiable? Afraid not.
Order Process and Payment Can you combine postage if I’m ordering more than one item? We’re sorry, but it’s not possible to combine postage or offer discounts on multiple order items. Every item you order will be packaged in as fewer parcels as possible, but due to postal size and weight restrictions we cannot guarantee that your items will be shipped together.
Can I cancel my order? As long as the item has not been dispatched you may cancel an order by contacting us via Ebay. In addition we do accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a refund if they adhere to our returns policy.
Can I make changes to my order details or delivery address once it’s been completed? Yes, as long as the item has not been dispatched please contact us via Ebay to request a change to delivery address or order.
What payment methods do you accept? In addition to PayPal, we accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro and American Express, all processed by PayPal.
Delivery How much is delivery?
Please use the postage and payments tab on the product page to see the delivery price that applies to your item.
Which service will deliver my parcel? UK deliveries are made Monday to Saturday usually before 4PM via Royal Mail.
If your order doesn’t fit through your letter-box then Royal Mail may try to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If a safe place cannot be located or nobody is able to take receipt either at your property or the neighbours’, then the item will be returned to your local Post Office / Sorting Office for your collection – you will receive a calling card notifying you of this.
When will my order arrive? Your order will arrive within 7 working days of you receiving your dispatch email. If you haven’t received your order after 10 working days, get in touch with our friendly team via Ebay
Returns Can I return an unsuitable item? We will happily accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a refund as long as they are in the same condition as sent.
To return an item, you need to contact us via Ebay with your full name and order number. We will then email you back with a returns authorisation number and instructions of how to return your item.
My item is faulty or damaged, can I return it? We're very sorry if this is the case. You need to contact us via ebay with your full name, order number and details of the fault. We'll then provide you with a returns authorisation number and instructions of how to return your item. Don't forget to include your order number when returning something to us.
How long will my return take to process? We aim to process your return and refund you as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 7 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to our warehouse. If you have not been refunded after 7 days of returning the item, please contact us via ebay with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will look into this for you.
