RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns on all items providing they are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. Once the item has been returned you're entitled to a full refund or exchange.

We will not refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in their original condition.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the delivery date after this date we can accept returns.

Returns must be approved before sent back

International returns must have the customs marked as “RETURNED GOODS”, failure to write this may result in the item being sent back.

All returns and exchanges exclude postage costs unless ILOVENEWYORK2014 has made the error
