The CD has just some very light surface marks and plays perfectly. The information booklet & rear insert are crisp with the only defect being one lug indentation on the booklet.  The original jewel case has light scratches - will happily replace the jewel case with a new one if requested however most collectors of older releases prefer the original cases.

Reported to be the first CD single ever pressed in Europe, the Special Edition was initially released in 1985 to tie in with the world tour (sponsored by Philips Compact Disc) and promote the first Compact Disc players (made by Philips). As the concert tour extended into 1986, the cover was modified with the new date, and the appearance of the triangle was improved with additional colors. Reportedly only 200 - 500 copies of the 1986 version were pressed (feel free to research this). Both discs are identical, right down to the catalogue number (884 285-2). The only difference between the two is the Philips logo on the front of the CD inlay and the 1986 version is slightly darker pink coloured. The Live in '86 has a coloured logo, and the Live in '85 is simply blue and white.

The item for sale is the 1986 version.  Please note that only one live track is on this CD.
