Pleasant Company 1986 American Girl Rare MOLLY's HARMONICA for Christmas Box




Up for your consideration is this super rare, authentic Pleasant Company American Girl Molly's Harmonica.  Her Christmas box used to include this Harmonica when she was first introduced in the fall of 1986. The top of it look copperish in the main picture, but it is actually silver. Great to complement her summer story in the Camp Gowonagin. Made in Brazil. Excellent condition, no box.

Aside from being well made and very appealing, the collectibility of this item is probably most related to the fact that sometime in 1998 Pleasant Company was sold to Mattel, Inc. Like anything that is no longer made or available, the items produced by Pleasant Company rather than Mattel are very sought after by serious collectors, and therefore tend to be a great investment.
