This is an 18K rose gold Patek Philippe Annual Calendar, 5035R-001. It has an alligator leather strap with an 18K rose gold tang buckle, a scratch resistant domed sapphire crystal, and an exhibition sapphire display case back. The 37mm diameter solid two-body case, rounded bezel, downturned lugs, band correctors, and case back are polished. It has a off white opaline dial with applied luminous gold Roman numeral hour markers, luminous gold feuille hands, a center sweep seconds hand, and a railway-style minute outer track. There is a subsidiary day marker at 9 o’clock, a month sub dial at the three o’clock position, and a 24-hour register at 6 o'clock, with the date aperture window below it. It's water resistant to 25 meters/ 80 feet, and it has a power reserve of 48 hours at full wind. The 10.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

The mechanical automatic self-winding Patek Philippe caliber 315 movement is rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's stamped with the Patek Philippe seal. It's constructed with 35 jewels, 316 components, a straight-line lever escapement, and the patented Patek Philippe monometallic Gyromax balance that's adjusted to temperature, isochronism, and 5 positions.
