Yes this is the real deal. I have brand new (New old stock) 1991 Toyota EVP  stripe kits! Yes these are original factory kits made by Toyota. They are all wraped up in factory plastic bags  and do not come with the original box.  And yes they are blue which is really hard to find any stripe complete in blue for this body style.  

  This kit is for a regular cab short bed. This can be installed on a Extra cab but you will have to modify it by purchasing 2 kits and using adding an extra piece to the extra cab area.  All the pieces are made to fit your 89-94 Toyota perfect. They are easy to install because they factory original 3M scotchcal decals with layout marks on the kit to show you were they to be positioned. The price is for one kit both sides.
