1) Our petcock is not vacuum activated. It operates on "ON", "RESERVE" & "OFF" manually. Honda OEM Petcock 16950-MEG-023 is vacuum actuated with one large fuel feeding hose & a small vacuum hose. Just hook up the sole fuel inlet pipe of our petcock to your fuel line, it will make it work manually. The vacuum hose of your OEM Petcock is NO USE for manual operation.
2) The fitting and high performance of our petcock on the advertised Honda bike models is guaranteed. Please be noticed that the fuel outlet pipe of our petcock may be a little bit smaller than your Honda OEM Part; however, there is NO FUEL STARVATION problem at all. If you care of the difference in fuel outlet pipes between Honda OEM and our aftermarket replacement petcock, please DO Not place an order with us. We DO Not take return due to the size of fuel outlet pipe of our petcock.
3) Our fuel petcock fits and works on Original Honda OEM fuel tank on the above models. In case it does not fit, your fuel tank shall have been swapped from other year model bike. If you get a non-fitting problem, please contact with us immediately for Tech Support, we'll help you out with a correct replacement asap.
4) A sediment bowl is used to clean fuel and deposit impurities. An economic petcock valve without sediment bowl is easy to get clogging problem; so, a petcock valve with sediment bowl performs much better than an economic one.
