This listing is for a large and gorgeous 2012 D23 pin that resembles the opening movie storybook from the movie Cinderella. This pin was sold by the Ronald Reagan Library during a partnership with The Treasures of the Walt Disney Archives.
The front cover of this pin is sculpted metal with light blue paint fill showcase blue birds, a glass slipper, and Cinderella's mice friends, Jaq and Gus.
The pin hinges open to reveal the Glass Slipper on a pillow in sculpted metal on the left.
The right side of the pin is a photo element of the opening page in the Cinderella storybook that starts off the movie. The photo shows a castle above a small town and the words "Once upon a time in a faraway land, there was a"...
