NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
POLICY
How do I return an item?
Due to the limited and
unique nature of the many items we stock, it is clearly stated within all item
listings that ALL SALES ARE FINAL – WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
All products leave our premises intact and unopened, unless specifically noted
otherwise.
Item is broken after I opened it. How do I return or exchange this
item.
All products are
inspected and leave our premises intact, complete and unopened from their
original retail packaging, unless specifically noted otherwise. Due to the limited
and unique nature of the offered items, we do not accept any returns or
exchanges. If an item has been opened from its original factory retail
packaging, by eBay policy the item is no longer in the same condition as it was
received. If a child opens an item to handle it ANY way, any damage or breakage
is most likely due to abuse, misuse or factory defective. Manufacturer contact
information is available upon request.
Item is defective or flawed. How can I return or exchange the
item?
Due to the nature of
collectibles, there may be slight factory variations on any items. All products
are inspected and leave our premises intact, complete and unopened from their
original retail packaging, unless specifically noted otherwise. Any issues regarding
defective products, will have to be addressed to the manufacturer (contact
information is available upon request).
The item was accidentally purchased. How do I cancel?
As a buyer, you must
commit to pay for any item(s) you win with a bid or through the Buy It Now
feature. Each winning bid is a binding contract per eBay rules and policy. ANY
excuses of accidental or unintentional purchases by you or especially your kids
are not accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!
How can I change my purchase or cancel my bid?
You cannot retract a
purchase made through a Buy It Now listing. Once a purchase is confirmed, you
are obligated to pay the seller. As a general rule, you also can not cancel a
bid. Once a bid is placed, you agree to pay for the item if you are the winning
bidder. Under certain conditions you may be able to retract your bid before the
listing ends or retract your offer before we possibly accept.
