the painting is in very good condition, though does exhibit scattered foxing on the face of the mat board (see pics); the paper of the painting itself is in very good order though - some quite minor spotting here & there ..

Biographical information:

Born in China in 1947, Leng Joon Wong graduated from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in 1964. Widely recognised as one of the top watercolour artists in Singapore before he left for the United States in the 1990s, Leng Joon Wong is also a founding member of the Singapore Watercolour Society alongside prominent pioneer artists including Lim Cheng Hoe and Chen Chong Swee. Over the years, his works had been on exhibit in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Manila, Taiwan, Japan, Moscow, China and the United States.
