Good overall used condition. We would grade this wheel 8 out of 10 based upon the following summary:

The leather is still soft and supple with some wear and a few marks commensurate with it's age and use.

The top of the rim has experienced the most wear. Please study the photographs.

The stitching is complete and tight. The seams are straight and even.

The centre pad is excellent.

The horn button has light marks and is confirmed working. It is a non-original button.
