I do not include remote controls, manuals, drivers or
software unless specified in the description. If you do not see
something pictured in my auctions or in
my item description then it will not be
included.
We do not provide technical support for setup,
installation or any user related issues.
Shipping to other
countries may receive a revised shipping invoice due to
outside domestic shipping charges.
Unless stated otherwise in
the auction listing, all items are sold AS IS.
As with all used
electronics, we always recommend replacing the battery to increase
charge time as I can’t be held responsible for a used battery’s
life span.
If a product is returned you are responsible for a
restock fee up to 35% of items value unless item was received DOA
Please email us through Ebay and ask any questions prior to
bidding.
We do not honor any returns unless product arrived DOA
and you have contacted us first.

original packaging and original box we shipped to you for a refund no
exceptions.

(value added tax) as I am not responsible for custom tax. Also please
be aware we ship packages within 1 business day and your package will
make it to your countries customs department within 6 to 10 business
days, after that it is your countries responsibility on how long it
takes them to sort your package and deliver it to your residence.
International customs can legally hold your package for up to 45
days. We can not be held responsible for this, as it has nothing to
do with us..

Payment

1.All
items are sold “AS IS” No warranty or liability is expressed or
implied.
2.The buyer agrees that: All items are shipped without
insurance. It is the buyers responsibility to let us know if they
want insurance on the item. Insurance cost is GBP 2.00 for every GBP
50 insured, in GBP 50 increments. The buyer agrees that if no
insurance is purchased and the item is not received or received
damaged that no claim shall be brought against the seller.
3.We
only ship to PayPal confirmed street addresses, no exceptions. No PO
Boxes, APO, FPO or similar addresses.
4.The buyer agrees that the
item fits the buyers purpose prior to bidding.
5.The buyer agrees
that once we have delivered and shipped the item or the item(s)
delivery, handling, product damage, and non-delivery is the
responsibility of the buyer. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold
harmless the seller from any claims arising out of any conditions
after the item has been delivered to the place of shipment.
6.We
only ship to the Europe Countries. The shipping price quoted is for
the Europe Only. All other locations will be charged extra. Out of
county buyers agree to pay any additional charges that we ask them to
pay including but not limited to import duties, shipping costs,
packaging costs, time costs, and other costs.
7.All our
items are wholesale, Estate, unclaimed, foreclosure purchase or
auction goods. Most boxes have been opened for inspection and photos.
If items are listed as new they may not come with original
packaging.
8.The buyer agrees there will be no refunds for any
reason.
9.Shipping to the Europe only.
