We are a U.S base company and only sell 100% Authentic and Licensed products from authorized distributors. We do not carry or sell any type of bootlegged or counterfeit products in our store. We verify and guarantee all of our items before stock, sell and ship for authenticity, so all of our customers can feel safe and secure about their purchase

Return Policy

We stand by the products we sell, most new, unused items and unopened collectible item(s) have a thirty days (30) return policy for full refund of original purchase price from date of invoice. Due to the collectible nature of some products sold on our stores, some products are not returnable if opened and taken out of the box for any reason. This would include all scale figures, figmas, action figures, and model kits. In the rare instances that you believe there is a defect in a product or missing parts, please contact us prior to returning the product(s) to us. We will consider partial refunds if your item is open but please contact us before hand to discuss the situation.

Shipping

All domestic orders(s) will be shipped with tracking number within 1 to 2 business of payment being received, excluding weekends and U.S federal holidays. For international shipment, processing times range from 3 to 5 business days longer to avoid fraudulent activities. Please allow at least 5 to 7 business days for shipment to arrive within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S Territories, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days. Internationally orders (Outside the United States), please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Please note: International Orders do not include a tracking number, if you would like shipment with tracking number for your international order, please contact us prior to purchase. There is an additional fee for international shipment with tracking.

All standard shipments will be made by either UPS or USPS, depending on the quickest route if customer choose economy or standard shipping option. Please note that UPS delivery is not available for APO/FPO/DPO, or PO Box orders. All orders for APO/FPO/DPO and PO Box will be delivered using USPS (United States Postal Service).

Shipping Insurance

All First Class Shipments from USPS, Economy shipping, Standard Parcel Post, or Standard shipping does not include insurance. If you would like to add insurance, please choose an upgraded shipping package or contact us to add on insurance for your delivery. Unless otherwise noted, most items sold under $99 with free shipping does not include insurance for shipment

Unless otherwise noted, most orders above $99 with free shipping will include shipping insurance. If you have questions regarding shipping insurance, please contact us before making a purchase or a bid.

We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages without upgraded shipping. We always insure proper safe packaging of items prior to shipping. If your product was damaged, missing, lost or stolen during shipment and you have added insurance, please contact us directly for USPS deliveries. If shipment was made via UPS, please contact UPS directly or fill out a claim.

International Orders

Please note that any order outside of the United States are considered international orders. You (the customer) are responsible for any import tax, duties or fees that might be imposed from products shipped from the United States into your residing country. Please check with your local postal service for more information. It is illegal for us to claim any orders being shipped internationally as a "gift" and declared value lower than purchased price.

Payments

Please make a full payment within 36 hours of purchase. If you require more time for payment, please contact us as soon as possible. Making a bid or purchase is a legal binding contract on eBay and nonpayment will results in dispute and negative reviews, which we do not like to do!
