DETAILED CONDITION:

SLEEVE : Superb!..barely a sign of use...edges and corners sharp...lovely and clean...spine lettering nice and clear: EX+

VINYL: Beautiful..looks unplayed...can't see any marks anywhere even under very strong light...lovely surface sheen on both sides!: EX+

LABELS: Superb..no spider trails visible even under very strong light: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied. I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
