USA Shipping: We provide free shipping on ground shipments within the USA. We also provide expedited options such as 2ND DAY and NEXT DAY AIR methods. Please keep in mind that (expedited shipping times are measured in business days.)


International Shipping: We provide global shipping options on most of our listings. International customers please keep in mind that any import duties or taxes due upon receipt are to be paid by the individual receiving the shipment.

Returns

To ensure 100% satisfaction we provide a 30-day return policy! This 30-day period begins the day you receive the product.


To initiate the return process please send us a message through eBay. After we receive your request for return we will issue you an RMA number and provide you with a return shipping address & instructions. No return will be accepted without an RMA number. Your RMA number is good for 10 days. All refunds are based on the price of the product, less any shipping cost involved. If the return is result of our error, we will cover your return shipping cost.
