25 Pin D type Connector to 16 Pin J1962 EOBD Diagnostic Plug

This cable will allow certain aftermarket diagnostic tools and keyfob programmers, such as

the AD100 AND T300+ to communicate with the Lucas/TRW 5AS Alarm ECU fitted to the 

following vehicles..

Rover 200/400 series from 1994.5 Model Year onwards.

Rover 100 (1995 onwards)

MGF (1996 onwards)

Rover 200 (1995-1999)

Rover 400 (1995-1999)

Rover 25 (1999-2003)

Rover 45 (1999-2003)

MGTF (2002-2003)

Can also be used on the Lotus Elise S1 and GTM Libra.

This cable is used for Keyfob programming and reading/modifying the EKA code.

Cable design is as shown in the listing picture, 

The cable length is 1 metre, longer cable lengths are available, please contact me for 

pricing before making any purchase.

I use carefully selected plugs and cable strain reliefs for longevity, Tyco toggle switch

and Belden multicore cable, D shell colour may be black or grey. Cable outer sheath 

may be grey or black

This cable now has a switch added as standard, this allows the one cable to

be used on both the 5AS or MEMS Engine ECU's without having to swap cables.

I make these cables to order, they are tested using a T300+ tool and an

actual 5AS and MEMS ECU before despatch.

This cable is not designed to be used with a PC or Laptop, it is not suitable
for use with a T4. I cannot supply PC software for 5AS or MEMS programming.
