PAYMENT

We only accept PayPal as a valid form of payment. Normally PayPal payments (or refunds) are immediate.

However, if you pay with an e-check, please refer to your PayPal transaction to see when your payment has cleared. Usually, e-check payments take 2-14 business days to clear.

At checkout, before you make payment, you have the option to select the shipping service / speed that best fits your needs. Please be informed that we cannot change shipping method after you place the order. However, if it is an emergency, you can contact us and we will do our best to do what we can to help!

It is extremely important for you to enter the correct address and a valid phone number at checkout because we can ONLY ship to addresses confirmed by eBay/PayPal. Any request to change the shipping address after the payment has been made, will be disregarded. In those cases, we will cancel the order and request you to place a new order with the correct address.

SHIPPING

Domestic Packages

We offer a few different shipping methods. Details of shipping cost/speed can be found on the "Shipping and Payments" tab of the item page (located right underneath the product images). You can get a more accurate quote if you enter your Zip Code in the Zip Code box.

We offer both UPS and USPS services. Each shipping service shows a corresponding estimated delivery date. You can pick and choose whichever best fits your needs before you place your order and make payment.

Packages usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours of payment. However, shipping time may vary due to weather conditions or holidays if applicable.

We provide valid Tracking Numbers for all orders. eBay will email you a shipment confirmation email including tracking details as soon as the order ships.

We Ship to all Air Force Bases (APO, FPO) and Carriers including Guam and Hawaii.

International Packages

All our international packages ship under the Global Shipping Program from eBay. Any shipping or import costs are charged directly by eBay and we are not authorized to make any changes.

We ship your package to the eBay shipping center in Kentucky and then eBay ships it to you in your country.

International Orders could take longer than the Estimated Time of Arrival for Various Reasons. Customs is a very common reason for the delay in International packages. Global Shipping customers may contact eBay at any time to inquire about the location of the package(s).

PHOTO DISCREPANCY

It is way too difficult to take pictures of every single size of and item. That is why, sometimes, the size on the picture is different from the size on the listing. However, the size described on the listing is always the size that you bid on or purchase. We cannot send additional pictures of items. These pictures are taken by us of the actual items that are up for sale (maybe of a different size, but each picture is taken by the Footsoldiers team). Any request for additional pictures will be disregarded.

RETURN INFORMATION

We offer a standard 30 days refund or exchange policy.
