*Important Information*
We have had many questions regarding this particular retrofit, as many have not been able to complete it during the past few years. We are pleased to have the following available:
- Component Protection removed and Map data activated. This means you will not need the help of your local dealer to remove Component Protection, however you will still need to code the unit to your vehicle like any other navigation unit or part. This can be done using VagCanPro by a competent installer 'offline only'. The online function has been removed as no online updates are allowed otherwise it will shutdown the system permanently!
It is important that this unit is fitted by a competent retrofitter with the correct tools and software and knowledge of the item. They have been programmed with modified software which allows them to work without going online to be activated by VW. We do not recommend main dealer fitment unless they are comfortable fitting offline units You will not be covered under the warranty if your drive is blocked or our software has been wiped from the drive resulting in a dead non functioning unit. If in any doubt please contact us before purchasing and we will be more than happy to help you with any questions you may have.

Product Details
The Audi MIB system offers a range of media entertainment and functionality at your fingertips on its 7.0“ touchscreen colour display. Complete with navigation system, DVD drive and DAB/FM/AM radio*, you’ll have everything you need for your journey.
The dynamic 3D navigation with voice control offers you three routes – fast, short and eco-friendly – based on traffic messages to help avoid congestion. European maps are included, displaying a range of useful information, such as points of interest and speed limits.
You can watch movies and listen to music on the DVD drive or enjoy playback in multiple file formats. You even have a built in internal Gracenote database, jukebox and Podcast playback. Bluetooth telephony and Smartphone logic make hands-free phone calls simple. And the four 20 watt front and rear speakers produce excellent sound quality.

Warranties and b

All of my products
come complete with a 12 Month warranty unless otherwise stated for your peace
of mind. All of my items have to meet my strict quality control standards.
Anything that fails will be clearly listed as “b grade” or “damaged” any items
which fall under this category will be subject to a discount and be placed on
its own individual listing. I am only one of a handful of sellers that can
offer 12 month warranties on my items due to the high quality of the
items i am selling. All warranty claims will be on a return to base basis, If
for any reason your item is delivered faulty or defective return it to me and I
will either repair or replace the defective item in the timeliest manner
possible.
Fitting
& coding services
I can also offer a
full fitting and coding service for many of the items that are listed, Fitting
and coding is available in LE67(leicestershire) Monday to Friday between 10AM
and 6PM and Saturdays by appointment only, please contact me before purchasing
if you require fitting to arrange or discuss times that are best for you. Once
an item is purchased I can also put you in contact with one of the many fitters
around the UK that I deal with if you are based too far away to come to me.
Fitting and coding is
charged on a per hour basis with a minimum of one hour being
applicable (standard fitting time for a navigation unit is around 30
minutes to 1 hour depending on vehicle). I can also sometimes do set rates or
reduced rates depending on how busy I am so please feel free to message
over any enquiries you might have.
