I have for sale VERY RARE Sony CCD-TRV615, HI8, VIDEO8, XRAY X-RAY Unmodified Camcorder. It was manufactured IN JUNE, 1998. Made in Japan.
Sony TRV 615 X-Ray Camcorder, works perfect, cosmetically IN GREAT condition, no case cracks or anything, some minor scuffs & scratches from regular use. The camera works good and the audio voice from the speaker is a good too..
It is flows Camcorder in GOOD CONDITION.. It was used not that many times. It was kept in the bag all the time.

3. On the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth pictures you can see that the top of the camera and the sides of the camera is in good condition.
4. On the second picture you can see that this camera is good working.
5. On the last picture you can see that this camera was made in Japan and was manufactured in JAPAN.

I checked this camera and it is working good.

This one is the BEST HI8 SONY'S CAMCORDER was made EVER FOREVER.

This camera has full exposure control in Night Shot mode. This "unmodified" camera can beused in Nightshot mode in the "sports mode"-only in daylight with auto exposure control.
The advantage of full exposure control is that a variety of different IR filters (different nano meter cutoffs) can be used without worrying about image over exposure. "X-ray" Effect Some quickly experimented with the Night Shot feature in sunlight and discovered that if an infrared transmitting filter (which passes only infrared light and blocks all visible light) was placed on the camcorder and Night Shot was turned on, the camcorder recorded pure infrared images during the daytime. It was quickly discovered that the Night Shot cameras had certain "X-ray" like properties.

This model transfers video8 or HI8videos to DVD, VHS, PC, or LAPTOP. Also you can use this camera to view them.To transfer to DVD, or VHS it is very simple. Just use the standard AV cable (included). To transfer to your PC or LAPTOP, you will need a video converter such as the ones made by BEL KIN. You can find them on E Bay for a Good Price.

The shelve life of the tape is about 10 years and after that time the tape starts to loose its quality. So don't wait for that but buy this camera view and transfer your tape to DVD and you can keep them for EVER.
