here we have an original FAIREY overdrive

worked great when taken off the land rover that is sold.

comes with a very nice clutch sleeve

handles etc.also included

also included will be the mounting instructions and thick grease for greasing the top bearing and clutch sleeve.

oil is drained out for transport was nice and clean when drained. no teeth or any metal parts found..

i have added pictures of the inside gears they look really good!! shift easy by hand with the right amount of resistance

when turned by hand it feels good

as this is a used product i cannot give garanty but as said was working well when removed some time ago and was dry stored since.

this overdrive will reduce engine rpm with 27% and so fuel consumption and gives you enough speed to come along on the highway.
