Returns & refunds:

1. We will refund a damaged product after You show us a picture or a video of the damaged product and send it back to us.

2. We will refund a product that came late (after 60 days).

3. Shipping back a damaged product would be taken care by the customer and after the product came back to our store We would refund the price for the TRACKED parcel.
Please do not send the item back without tracking number so We could track the parcel on its way to our store (You would have to provide us with a proof that You have sent the item
as a tracked parcel).

Feedback:

Please after You get Your item take a moment to make a feedback and keep in mind that sometimes it is not up to us and We cant do anything if the pacel gets stuck in the country of destination because custom clearance is an issue in many places so some times pacels get stuck and the only thing We can do is to keep You informed about any progress!

Shipping:

We mostly send the items via ePacket with a USPS tracking label, the shipping usualy arrives after 12-20 days but might get stuck at the destination country, it happends and the only thing We can do is contact the post office of the country and ask for a reason.
If Your shipping is stuck at custom clearance We will inform You about any progress.

We do not send items with FedEx\EMS and other expensive shipping so We would be able to keep our prices low.
