Returns accepted - and I pay for return postage. I do not accept that our customers should be out of pocket if there is any reason to return items, no matter what the reason is. If for any reason we get it wrong, we are only human, please give us a chance to put this right.

Please note that I provide sizes for standard charms, as best I measure them, in metric and in imperial. If travel charms are non-standard, we state if they are larger or smaller than the standard - please message us if you want exact sizes or further information.
I only sell used charms, whilst most are vintage, it is rarely possible to date charms (UK hallmarking Act doesn't require hallmarks on items under 7g). I try not to over clean, but most folk prefer a clean charm. Please contact me if you prefer uncleaned charms - I can often help out.
