ALL items, listing them as appropriately as we can and being as fair to ourselves and our customers..... things can happen.
Items get broken in shipping
We occasionally describe something incorrectly
Occasionally things we think work fine have some defect that we didn't notice
Many times, buyers don't read the listing or look at the pictures and want to return the item and are afraid we will say no unless threatened somehow
We are reasonable people and not looking to do anything less than whats fair in the world for BOTH parties
So if you do have any issues, BEFORE you open a scathing ticket on ebay and listing the item as "NOT AS DESCRIBED" please CONTACT US FIRST.
