Shipping

We ship to UK & EU destinations.

For UK and International orders we use Royal Mail.

We aim to ship all orders the same working day if ordered by 2pm,  though may not ship until next working day in busy periods.

UK orders only -  If you need urgent delivery after 2PM cut-off please call our customer services number (01753-567633) as we may be still be able to ship after the 2PM deadline.

Anticipated Delivery Times:

UK Orders

1st Class Packet - typically 1 to 2 working days

2nd Class Packet - typically 2 to 4 working days

Recorded 1st Class - typically 1 to 2 working days

Special Delivery - Next working Day by 1pm (Monday - Friday Only) 

 

Please note delivery dates are only estimated dates so please allow several days before contacting us. It is also advised that you may want to check with your local sorting/delivery office as we often find that if nobody is in at time of delivery a card may not always be left for you to collect.

If you item is not received please could we kindly ask if you could contact us through Ebay messaging before you open a case so we can try and resolve for you.

Returns

We offer a 30 days returns policy as long as we receive the goods back in their original condition available for resale. Please include the invoice slip with your returns.
