Shipping Cost ? Always free
Shipping Method - Unless otherwise indicated, items are shipped by Canada Post Letter-Mail. No tracking number is provided.
Shipping Time ? Items will ship within 1 business day of receipt of payment.
Travel Time ? The Canada Post delivery standard is 10 business days to anywhere in the world, but from experience you can expect the following:
Within Canada and USA ? 7 business days or less
To Europe ? 5 business days or less. (We are located just down the road from an international airport, so items will be on a plane and on their way to you within 24 hours of being shipped.)
All countries other than Canada and USA ? 10 business days or less.
Shipping Locations - We ship worldwide
Customs/Import Fees - Because of our shipping method and envelope sizes, our items do not require a customs declaration form and are typically not subjected to inspection. Therefore, there are usually no import fees ? however, we cannot guarantee this for all cases ? you, the customer, takes full responsibility to pay any fees levied by customs.
Shipping Address ? To avoid fraudulent transactions, we can only ship to the verified address attached to the buyer?s PayPal account. No requests to ship to an alternate address, for any reason, can be accepted.
Packaging
Unless otherwise noted, all 1/35 scale printed items will be shipped in #10 envelopes (9.5? x 4? / 24 x 10 cm). Within the envelopes, items will be packed in an 8? x 4? / 20 x 10 cm re-sealable poly-bag to prevent water damage, with at least one stiff, acid-free cardboard backer to prevent bending and protect edges from being crushed. This method was specifically selected to avoid damage caused by postal workers bending or folding the product, as they tend to do with large or oddly shaped envelopes.
1/72 scale items receive the same treatment as above, but the envelope will be smaller (5.5? x 4? / 14 x 10 cm).
Multiple items will be shipped within the same poly-bag as long as they fit into the bag without damage. Multiple poly-bags will be used for large orders. The items within each poly-bag will be separated by a piece of tissue paper (or similar) to act as a buffer to prevent ink transfer and damage from rubbing.
More than one envelope may be shipped for a large order.

Miscellaneous
Photos - Photos of our products are not a standard height and width ? actual product size may be larger or smaller than what appears on the screen. We always provide a photo of our products alongside a 6? / 15cm or 12? / 30cm ruler so the true size/scale can be understood.
Some photos have been watermarked to protect copyright. These watermarks do not appear on the items shipped to customers.
Colors displayed on your monitor may not accurately reflect the true colors of the artwork. We do not digitally manipulate our photos and do our best to provide a true reflection of the artwork, however, different monitors can show variations in color - what you receive may not look exactly as it appeared on your screen.
Product Layout - The DUPLICATA company logo and layout of a product (ie: placement of artwork on the paper) is subject to change without notice, and may not match exactly what is in the photos. However, the artwork itself (number of items, size, quality, etc) will never change from what is displayed in the photos.
Other scales - See something you like but it isn't available in the scale you need? Let us know, and we may be able to produce the product in that scale!
