Items package weight less than 2kg will be dispatched by China POST with Tracking No. A tracking number or delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you when we ship your items. You will be informed of the delivery status once the items are shipped.

Items package weight more than 2kg will send by DHL/FedEx/EMS.

Items will be shipped within 3 days after payment cleared. Saturday & Sunday & China's Public Holidays not included.

Return & Warranty

Please contact us before returning your items in order to get your items exchanged as fast as possible. We do not refund but we exchange after 7 days of receipt of shipment.

We only accept returns when DOA (Dead On Arrival) or items not as described in the advertisement. We do not accept "change of heart" returns.

Purchases returned must be in the same mint condition in its original packaging. Ripped packaging, obvious neglect of merchandise etc will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

One way return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer if the goods are found 'Dead on Arrival' Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. 

All return items must not be returned as used. Our customer service personnel will inspect the returned merchandise before any exchanges are made.

Defective or wrongly described items fall within the warranty period, while non-defective items will incur 20% restocking fees and must be received within 14 days of receipt.

We will not be liable to the purchaser for any damages beyond the amount of money that the purchaser has actually paid us.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns for other reasons but will keep you informed through the process.
