The Laptop Barn is selling this item with a 30-day warranty. Unlike many of our competitors, we offer full refunds or replacements when available. It is our goal to deliver a quality product at a reasonable price in a timely manner. We want you, the customer, to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a problem arises please be assured that we will take care of you! Please contact us through the eBay message system where we answer questions every weekday. Please try to be courteous in your communications and we will do the same. In the event that a return is necessary please print a copy of our RMA form located on our website and include it in the box. We offer full refunds of the sales price. If an item is returned and determined to be defective or not as described your original shipping will be refunded as well. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that we do not warranty third party service or any item taken apart without our consent. Non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. |

| UNITED STATES SHIPPING INFORMATION If an auction offers FREE SHIPPING, it refers to free shipping within the contiguous United States (this does not include Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico). Packages are shipped MONDAY through FRIDAY only. This item will ship USPS or UPS. We ship through PayPal or Worldship. In either case tracking is emailed to your PayPal email address. We make every effort to ship the same day if payment is received before 12PM EST. Otherwise items will ship out the next day. (This includes next day shipments.) If we offer free shipping on an item, this implies free shipping within the contiguous United States. We require a signature on items that sell for $300 or more. We also reserve the right to require a signature on ANY package that we see fit. Please plan accordingly. If you choose to purchase this item and have it shipped to an address within the United States and then forwarded out of the country, you do so at your own risk. YOU are responsible for any damage incurred in transit or additional shipping charges incurred including return shipping. Combined shipping is not available on as-is/parts laptops. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION We ship many of our items worldwide. Some items are not available internationally, please check the Ships To location at the top of the auction for specifics on this item. We ship FedEx when possible. Shipping charges are set on each auction so please check your country on the drop down menu for charges. Due to the limitations of eBay there may be additional charges to some countries including but not limited to the following countries: Poland, Russia, Israel, Czech Rep, Hungary, Malta, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine. A phone number is required on ALL international shipments. Your item will NOT ship until a phone number is provided. It is best to add it as a note to your paypal payment. Canadian shipments are sent FedEx. This includes the brokerage fees but not taxes.
