Condition: Previously owned.  Items are in VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT condition.

Description:

The Playmobil #5323 Victorian Patio dollhouse set was created for use with the Playmobil #5300 Victorian mansion doll house.   It includes furniture, figures, and accessories.  Missing, added, and substituted items are detailed below.

Includes:  (All items listed below are original #5323 items unless specified as REPLACED or ADDED)

• Furniture Pieces
  • White patio bench with green felt "cushion" glued to seat
  • White patio table
  • White patio chair with green felt "cushion" glued to seat
  • White chair with nothing glued to seat
  • ADDED:  Green seat cushion from den set (doesn't really fit the chair as is - see pictures)
  • MISSING:  Green felt "cushion" for 1 white chair, parrot stand, & 2 potted plants are not included.
• Figures
  • Victorian lady figure (brunette) in green dress with pink collar and a white hat with green band
  • Child figure (brunette girl) in white pants, dark pink top with white collar, and green hat with a blue bow band (replacement)
  • REPLACED:  Blue bow band was substituted for missing white bow band on child figure's hat
• Accessories
  • "Crystal" punch bowl (very yellowed)
  • Silver ladle
  • MISSING:  4 "crystal" mugs, 4 silver spoons, sleeping cat, parrot, and teddy bear are not included.
