Fall in love with the freestyle finesse of the Burton Women's Deja Vu Flying V Snowboard this winter season. Instantly confident hitting park jumps one minute then slashing powder the next, the Deja Vu Flying V feels like a board you've been riding forever. The directional twin shape and mellow flex emphasize freestyle fun and playful personality, everywhere from freshly frosted trees to slushy park laps. Add in a rocker-dominant Flying V profile, and you have a board that's catch-free while turning and buttery-soft on park jibs, with enhanced float for deeper days.
The Flying V profile places a generous rocker between the feet, with subtle rocker transitions at the tip and tail. This rocker-dominant profile makes the board extremely catch-free, preventing you from hanging up on rails and landings in the park. Another main benefit, rocker creates easier float in powder, as the tips point upwards to prevent them from submerging. Flying V places camber back underneath the bindings, which alleviates the washy feel inherent to rocker-dominant boards by exerting pressure firmly onto the snow. Overbite Frostbite edges are elongated along these same camber zones (2x the regular Frostbite edges), extending out from the bindings to confidently engage into icy groomers.
It's loaded with many of Burton's best technologies, including a Super Fly II core for a lightweight feel, plenty of snap for boosting airs, and proven strength required for freestyle riders. Squeezebox core profiling thins out the core in strategic zones for easier manipulation of the board, especially when you're turning quickly or pressing the board in the park. This particular board has Scoop tips, which accentuate the board's skate-like feel when you're treating the mountain like a super-sized terrain park.
