Original vintage 1970s Kati at Laura Phillips floral maxi dress with flared sleeves and velvet trim

Black, olive green and grey/cream cotton with ruffle neck and cuffs, velvet bow at front and long floaty skirt

Very good condition - there is a tiny bit of fraying on one of cuffs and also a small yellowy/brown mark near the botton of the skirt, but this is faint and hard to notice

This has been hand washed
