This is an actual current issue watch for U.S. Military and law enforcement agencies.  It is a Swiss made precision field wristwatch with Maraglo (super-luminova as used by Rolex, Omega and other high end Swiss makers) dial.  This type of watch is current government issue to field personnel requiring a battery powered quartz watch and non-nuclear dial.  This one keeps great time and operates flawlessly.  The Maraglo illumination is fresh and very bright!  The watch is manufactured in accordance with MIL-PRF-46374G except that the Maraglo dial is used instead of tritium tubes. 

The timepiece features a high quality Swiss made high precision quartz movement with hacking (stopping) feature designed to withstand tough field use .  The watch is water resistant to 3 ATM (98 Ft..designed to withstand water exposure but it not designed for continuous water immersion).  It is designed for maintaining accuracy in all types of environments (mine is dead on accurate). Hacking feature allows movement to stop when stem is pulled out so the watch can be synchronized to other timepieces. This is the authentic 1st quality military item and not the commercial, military style watch available to the general public.

This watch is a nicely proportioned 34x40mm not including the crown.

Each watch is laser engraved on the back:

The 12 O'clock position is illuminated in red. Easy to read at night. Very lightweight and stylish. Watch is manufactured to MIL-46374G specifications.  The back of the watch features military nomenclature.   Black military face features both 12 and 24 hour timing with white numerals and a sweep second hand. Luminous hands and hour markings are illuminated by Maraglo. 

Note: Maraglo uses Strontium Aluminate for it's pigment (It needs exposure to light to charge). Not self-luminous but very bright. 

This 100% Swiss made watch comes with sage green nylon mil-spec strap with buckle closure that adjusts to most wrist sizes. The strap is manufactured in accordance with MIL-S-46383B, Type II.

This is a great looking timepiece that is actual military issue and has met rigorous military specifications. It is not a factory second or government rejected watch....and you can buy it now for a great price!

The case is is made of an extremely durable black nylon/fiberglass composite material.  The crystal is an aircraft quality lightweight Lexon material allowing for strength and scratch removal. The dial features "U.S. Goverment" on it.

This is new.  It comes complete with a new black nylon strap!  There is a 14 day return privilege if not properly described.
