Sensor coverage: it easily covers APS-C sensor size, it doesn't cover full-frame sensor (35 mm format) - with A7 you have to switch camera to APS-C mode and it works fine
Focusing method: it's manual focus lens, you have to set focus manually using focus control ring on the lens

CONDITION
Overall: Fully working
Optics: no haze, no fungus, no separation, no cracks, a few scratches (mainly cleaning marks), a few dust specks/microparticles inside (no negative impact on photo quality)
Focusing: focus control ring works properly at entire range
Aperture: aperture works properly for each setting
Body: visible signs of use - painting's damages, scratches etc., filter mounting screw is dented (see lens' photos)

PERFORMANCE
I've been using several hundreds of manual lenses with my Sony Nex-6 APS-C camera and I think this is the best one. At f/1.4 it's the sharpest lens I've seen (it's about as sharp as the best 50/1.8 lenses), 40 mm focal length is very useful and it's very small and lightweight - it weights 165 g and is 42 mm long, so it's about the size of Jupiter-8 50/2. Highly recommended!

Below you can see sample photos I made by this particular lens and Sony NEX-6 camera. JPG files are straight from camera - no post-processing or any other correction were applied. Lightroom mark in files properties is present, because I use this application only to import, sort and save photos - they are not processed. Camera settings were:
Creative style: Landscape
Exposure compensation: 0 (sometimes manually adjusted within the range of -1.0 - +0.3)
Contrast: +3
Saturation: 0
Sharpness: +3
DRO: Lvl1 (in the scenes with more contrast manually adjusted even to Lvl5 with lowering exposure compensation at the same time)
ISO: Auto
White balance: "C. Temp./Filter" mode and temperature set individually for each photo
Noise reduction: Normal
