It comes with PC Engine Interface Unit, PC Engine Core Grafx console, CD-ROM2 console, AV Cable, AC Adapter, System Card (Version 2.1), and Original Box.

It doesn't come with controller.

This system will play both Hu-Card and CD-ROM2 games. You will need Super System card or Arcade Pro Card to play Super CD-ROM2 games.

It show cosmetic wears and discoloration. Especially Core Grafx console show cosmetic wears. Please see photos.
 
I tested and played every single game to make sure it is working condition.
 
If it doesn't work upon arrival, please let me know.  I will take full responsibility for non-playable console.
