delivery
All items purchased before 1pm are dispatched the same working day. The exact shipping terms and conditions offered by us are exactly the same as those offered to us by whichever particular courier is used.
Orders below 2kg in weight are usually posted with Royal Mail by 2nd class delivery free of charge. This is usually a 2-3 day delivery period but is not guaranteed. An upgrade to first class postage or guaranteed delivery is available at a charge. We accept no liability whatsoever for delayed delivery on non guaranteed postage services. We do not entertain claims for customer postage costs for returned items received later than expected.
Orders heavier than 2kg are usually posted via other couriers , still with a 2-3 day delivery period . Unfortunately there will possibly be a surcharge for such orders to certain parts of the UK , such as the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel islands
In the extremely unlikely event your item is lost in transit , please follow the ebay procedures for reporting this and claiming compensation. We ourselves will then use this evidence in making our own subsequent claim against the appropriate courier.
