Most of our items are used or NOS (New Old Stock). An NOS part simply means a new, uninstalled part. It may indeed have shelf wear or some sort of damage from years of being moved in inventory. It may not come in the original package, nor come with the original part tag. Please view the pictures closely as they show the exact item we ship. We won't use file pictures except in rare instances where items are new in the sealed box or package. We will disclose any major damage in the listing & do our best give an accurate description. We spend a great deal of time researching the parts & their proper fitment. FREE shipping & listed flat rate shipping prices are only good for the lower 48 States. We will ship to HI, AK, PR & other US Territories, but shipping may cost more so please email prior to buying. Oil or any item that may be on the HAZMAT list will not be shipped outside of the lower 48 under any circumstances.
