Returns Policy
7 Day Non Faulty returns and exchanges: Here at WoodenDummy we operate a no hassle 7 day money back guarantee, we aim to take the stress out of online ordering and as a reputable company of bricks and mortar give you ample time to return those unwanted items. WoodenDummy must simply receive the goods back within 7 days from delivery date, if the consumer wishes to return unwanted goods. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. WoodenDummy reserve the right to refuse to refund the goods subject to the goods being of non-merchantable quality.
Refunds will be for the value of the goods and will NOT include the cost of postage and Packaging to send the goods to the customer. All costs of returning the goods must be borne by the customer and WoodenDummy accept no liability for goods damaged or lost whilst in transit from the customer to WoodenDummy. If the customer wishes to exchange goods they will be charged a handling fee of £7.95 or 10% of the product price (whichever is the higher) for one item and £14.95 or 7.5% of the product price (whichever is the higher) for two or more. If the goods received by the consumer are different from those ordered, the cost of returning the product will be credited back to the customer and no postage will be charged for sending the goods back out, please include the receipt for the postage cost if you are entitled to a postage refund. For your protection we would advice you to send the goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance.
Faulty Returns: On proven faulty goods WoodenDummy will credit the cost of sending the goods back to the customer. The customer can specify whether or not they require a refund or exchange. For your protection we suggest you send the goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance, please include the receipt for the cost if you require the postage costs incurred. If you are unhappy with the quality or performance of a product, please email us on sales@woodendummy.co.uk. This does not affect your statutory rights.
