Please NOTE:
Its very rare that after replacement of the New ELV/ELS's motor or just the brushes your steering lock won't work but if this happens then it means that your Steering Lock is seriously damaged-FATAL ERROR/DISABLED(see the link below) which required special tools to repair...in this case we can help you too...ask for more details.
Also I always recommend to replace just the back-brushes(see the link below)of the old motor with the new one.
