However, this refund is not available if we consider that the item has been used or is not in the condition in which it was sent. You may ask for an exchange for the same item or another item in stock. An exchange does not apply if we consider that the item has been used or damaged in any way. In the case of exchanging an item, there may be a price difference to be accounted for.

Any request for a refund must reach us within 14 days or within 28 days for an exchange.
