Vintage Stakmore Folding Chair Portable Wood Vinyl Uphostered Cane Back circa 1950s - 1960.  Original authentic mid century modern style for your enjoyment. See photos below.

Condition is Very Good. Working excellently. Showing signs of age and usage noting general spots, some scratches, and some areas of paint overspray. The vinyl upholstery is very good, without any holes or tears, just general signs of usage and overall very good plus for condition. Cane back starting to come away at top and unravel 1 1/2" x 4" at top right side yet is holding up nicely. Very durable. One tag is present. Ready to use as it is or would be nice to see this fully restored. Please see our photos below.
