We sell pre-owned vintage clothing. We meticulously point out blemishes, if any, and list them in the ad. However we are human, and sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive an item with a blemish that would have prevented you from purchasing it, contact us right away, and we'll be happy to work things out with you.
We do not give refunds for items that do not properly fit. We offer plenty of size information for you to make an educated decision on whether or not the item will fit you. Please take advantage of the measurements and compare them to a similar item of your own before purchasing. Remember items are measured flat.
Items are shipped within 2 business days. We gladly combine shipping on all items purchased to save you even more money! Most items are shipped by First Class Mail unless otherwise specified. If you have another preference for your shipping we will be happy to ship that way as well.
Due to a high rate of "lost" packages in over-seas shipments we are only offering Priority International Shipping . This will enable us to provide information vital to the successful delivery of your item. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
When your item(s) are shipped we will notify you with your tracking number.
When leaving feedback for shipping time please consider the time it took us to get your item in the mail, not the amount of time it took the Post Office to deliver the item as we have no control over that time and the time quoted is ONLY an estimate provided by the Post Office. Please also consider the cost of shipping your item when you are rating us as we try to keep the cost as low as possible and have no control over postal costs.
We will provide insurance upon request. Tracking numbers are provided so that you can track your item(s) and also to use when items are lost to work with your local Post Office to recover the item. We are always happy to assist, but have found that it is easier to recover a lost item locally.
