Items ordered before 1pm GMT on working days will be dispatched same day for UK deliveries (11.00am GMT for international deliveries). Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Lifesize Standees

All our lifesize cutouts are sent using a tracked courier service. Tracking information will be supplied to you upon dispatch of your cutout.

Free UK Delivery is via Fedex Economy Service which promised to deliver within three working days.

Next day UK delivery is via Fedex Next Day Service. Please note that delivery will take place on the next working day (see above).

Europe is via Fedex International. Delivery takes approximately 3 – 5 working days.

USA and Canada is via Fedex International. Delivery takes approximately 3 – 5 working days.

Australia is via Fedex International Delivery takes approximately 5 – 7 working days.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure your parcel arrives in perfect condition, on very rare occasions parcels can get damaged in transit. If you receive your parcel with obvious damage then it is vital that you mark "damaged" when you sign for it and inform Celebrity Cutouts within 24 hours of receipt.

Mini Standees and Masks

Free UK delivery is via 2nd class Royal Mail standard delivery. There is the option to upgrade to 1st class Royal Mail standard delivery at checkout.

International postage is via international air mail. Please note that this is an untracked service. Please allow up to two weeks to receive your item before contacting us for non delivery.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your parcel as the couriers will not leave it without a signature. If you are unlikely to be home then we suggest using an alternative delivery address such as a neighbour or place of work.

At Celebrity Cutouts we are only interested in 100% customer satisfaction.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase then please contact us to allow us to resolve the issue prior to leaving feedback. It is always our preference to work with our customers towards a resolution.

If you simply change your mind and wish to return the item, we are delighted to issue a refund upon receipt of the item.

Items should be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure your return is well packaged as we will only refund items that are received in the same condition as sent.

All paperwork should be included within the parcel.
