This is a nice copy of Giggle Comics from 1947.  It is in VG+ condition by my estimate, but please see pictures. I estimate it as a + because of the quality of the interior pages. 

The interior is exceptionally nice with white pages (look tan because of lighting). This comic came from an estate where all the comics have excellent nicer interiors and many, including this one, appear to have been rarely, if ever, read.  

This book has been used on the cover and interior of "Comic Books: The Origin Story" (see photos) and is uncommonly offered for sale.
