This is a very nice Waterford wedding cake plate, it has swans making 3 hearts on it. Measures 12" across and in great condition, pre-owned and used, has some scratches on it due to use. It's marked on the bottom. This is a very heavy plate, being 5lbs before packing.

• If payment is not made within 2 days (48 hours) I file non-paying bidder and offer to next bidder unless I have heard from buyer regarding payment. This is due to buyer not paying, even when they have "great feedback".
• PAYPAL payment only, that is what eBay requires
• Overseas buyer must pay own custom fees, I will not lie on custom form.
• Credit card via PAYPAL, no wire transfer
• All California residents must pay sale tax
• I use the post office calculator to calculate shipping for FedEx It will say parcel post or Priority mail but MIGHT BE SHIP VIA FEDEX.

• Returns on all items must be returned to me within 14 Days of Delivery, so please open your item ASAP.
• The item must be in SAME condition with all original packaging, tags, and instructions if item has any.
• All shipping cost is at the Buyers expense. I do not return any shipping cost if buyer returns for no just reason.
• Please E-mail us with any questions prior to your Purchase. There can be up to a 20% restocking fee for buyer who return items that have nothing wrong with them, but, due to not reading the description or looking at all pictures before bidding.

I use FedEx shipping when I can, most items 2lbs and over will be shipped this way, but if it's less with Priority I will ship Priority, it's up to me which way I will ship.

Buyer to pay actual shipping cost plus $1.00 to $3.00 handling depending on the item, includes Delivery Confirmation. $1.00 to $5.00 handling for shipping out side the U.S.A. for extra packing.

I live in the foothills and can not ship every day but if you need an item asap please let me know asap.  FedEx only picks up on Tuesday and Friday. I ship Priority Mail or FedEx, but I use the Post office calculator for shipping cost. I pack very well and will not over charge in shipping like other do.

Any item over 2lbs or over $100 will be shipped via FedEx, even if it states Priority or Parcel post in check out, that is because it has no FedEx calculator.
I do not return shipping cost if returned unless it's my falt.

Because the majority of items I sell are considered vintage collectibles, as a rule I do not accept returns. However, I will accept authorized returns only for items that were grossly mis-represented in the listing and not for buyer remorse. Please keep in mind that these types of items will most likely show some wear and aging. I take great care in preparing my auctions and packing your item for shipping. I make every effort to properly represent the condition of each item by describing and photographing all items to the best of my ability. I have a high customer satisfaction rating as evident by my feedback. Please ask any and all questions before you bid, I'm happy to answer them.

I mark all my items with invisible ink for return of my items and not other sellers.

I make my living selling collectibles, so I work hard at - hunting for interesting merchandise, photographing and describing it the best I can, sometimes I do make a mistake (only human). I carefully packing and shipping your purchase so that it arrives to you in a timely manner and in the condition shown in the listing. 

I stock a large variety of merchandise - mostly collectibles - from antique to contemporary - home decor items, books, jewelry, glassware, silver, postcards, photographs, kitchenware and all sorts of other interesting and unusual items and oddities. If you don't see what you are looking for, please ask - I may have it!

99% of my items are USED so if you want new with no use or ware please go to the big box store, but if you are looking for a great deal maybe slightly used to very old you can to the right place.
