6-7-8-9-10 CDs --> 17 Eur ( note: same fee, whether you order 6 or 10 cds )
11-20 CDs --------> 25 Eur ( note: same fee, whether you order 11 or 20 cds )
20+ CDs -----------> Contact for your shipping fee

Payment Policies

Buyer pays for shipping & handling, check fees on the auction description.
- Buyers that doesn't contact nor pay within a 4 days period will have their orders cancelled ( with automated neg. feedback ) , goods relisted and blocked from my store . That said, i can allow up to 2 weeks to pay for your order, but will require to be contacted beforehand.
- Serious buyers only ! If you don't plan on following through and/or have any pending question/doubt/don't plan to pay/are suddenly going on vacation/will be out of town/will be unreachable after purchasing anything .... , please don't place any order yet and contact me before doing so, otherwise your order will be cancelled and generic negative feedback will be left and blocked from my store.


Postage/shipping & handling Policies

- All orders ship registered ( with tracking number ); no exceptions .
- Will ship to Paypal addressess only , so please make sure your paypal info is current BEFORE paying for your order .
- I usually ship on Mondays-Wednesdays-Fridays around noon . All orders paid after 10 A.M. ( Spanish time ) will be shipped along with the next order's batch. However, if you need your cd shipped ASAP, please don't hesitate to contact me.
- Double cds or cd-dvd packs, count as 2 cds, not 1 .
- 1 Cd / 5 CD / 10 CD / 20 CD - orders will be shipped on a bubble mailer with no extra protection since this exact amount of cds is within the limits of each shipping-weight range (risking a shipping-fee increase ) . If you order include 1/5/10 or 20 cds and would like to request extra protection ( additional bubble-wrap/cardboard/... ), please ask for your avaliable choices before placing your order, not once placed, as it won't qualify as a reason to cancel your order.
- Will add additional protection on orders containing from 2/3/4 items , 6/7/8/9 items , 11-18 items ... however, if the buyer is aware of an extremely rude postal service within his/her area, please request extra packaging .

Returns policy
--------------

- No returns, unless goods are lost in the mail or arrive damaged during transit ( damage to generic jewel cases NOT included , items with flaws already specified on the marketplace doesn't qualify either ) and are eligible to be replaced after following a procedure to decide so ( pictures will be requested ) , in that case, the damaged goods will be returned in order to be replaced. Any issue like the ones aforementioned must be notified within the next 4 days upon receiving your order.
- Any returned order whether it was unclaimed by the buyer or shipped to an old address, will be re-shipped again at buyers expense . Worst case scenario, will refund your order, deducting shipping & handling costs plus paypal & marketplace fees of the total amount .

Additional notes
----------------

Gradings apply to inserts & disc only . Jewel cases are not graded unless they're non-generic.
Jewel cases will be replaced if the original one is badly damaged ( broken parts ).
If you need the original jewel case, or for it to be in like new condition, please contact me before placing your order.
