I do not know the complete history of this basket, but it is from the 1940s or 1950s. Although this basket has lots of life left in it, it has been used and areas of the weaving are missing (please view the photos.)

This large basket measures approximately 14” high, 15 ½” at the highest point on the handles, and is 20” in diameter at its widest point.
