This is an Audax Fortis mechanical  watch

It is working and keeping time.  The movement looks to be in a good condition

The watch is gold plated to 20 Microns.  It is marked Plaque G 20 at underneath the strap ( 6' O clock )

The back of the watch has been engraved unfortunately, although this cannot be seen when wearing the watch

There is some scuffing to the watch crystal, which could be easily polished out.  There are also a couple of small cracks and larger scratches.
