Description

SCENT BOTTLE: Novelty Scent Bottle in the form of a tusk or tooth in facet cut cobalt blue glass with silver mounts; extenuating the overall novelty appearance, and chatelaine/fob link chain attachment, hallmarked. The hinged cap opens to a lapidary cut glass stopper and inside the cap further hallmarks can be found.

Hallmarked for Sampson Mordan London & the Duty Mark of Queen Victoria's head.

Condition Report

Excellent.  Silver cap shows one or two very faint dings, hallmarks are rubbed in places.  The glass remains beautifully polished showing only light wear.

The bottle, overall is in extremely fine condition, a well made one off piece.
